Company Overview

Founded in 1966, Trinity is a premiere nonprofit provider of programs and services to children and families. We seek team members with a genuine commitment to the empowerment of at-risk children and their families, and a willingness to work in a highly demanding, fast paced environment, which requires dedication and a desire to provide positive role modeling for the youth in our care. The agency utilizes Trauma Informed Care (TIC) as the primary, daily practice model for working with clients. Our commitment to each of our clients, and their families, is to provide them with the knowledge, tools and skills to cope with their trauma in a manner that enables them to create positive, lasting relationships at home and in the community and to behave responsibly and reasonably in daily situations.
